What is the virtual exhibit hall, how does it work, and how do exhibitors interact with attendees? 

The virtual exhibit hall will be accessible from the Center for SP Methodology. Your company listing includes company logo, description, website and a PDF brochure, as well as a link for attendees to access your company's Zoom breakout room. Attendees can meet with exhibitors during the Virtual Exhibit Hall hours listed above, so be sure to have a rep available to answer questions! You will have the opportunity to share video or materials through screen share, as well as chat with attendees. 

How many attendees does ASPE anticipate?

We are expecting over 300 attendees at the conference.

What should I provide as a giveaway?

Exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to provide a prize to give away during the breaks, such as a virtual gift card that can be emailed to the winner, or a product your company ships to the winner.

We also ask that you promote the conference to your customers and prospects. 

When do I need to be in the exhibit hall Zoom breakout room?

We ask that exhibitors are available to chat during designated exhibit hall breaks. 
 

When will I receive the pre- and post-conference attendee list?

Exhibitors and sponsors will receive the pre-conference attendee list one week before the conference, and the final one within three business days of the last day of the conference.
