ACCREDITATION STATEMENT
In support of improving patient care, the Society for Simulation in Healthcare is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) Mission Statement
The Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) will deliver professional development opportunities for interprofessional healthcare teams working to improve the practice of healthcare through simulation-based education. This mission will be accomplished through the provision of interprofessional continuing education (IPCE) activities designed to improve both individual and team performance in simulation.

All reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

We encourage you to book your hotel accommodations by contacting the hotel directly or using the above reservation link. If you are contacted by anyone in regards to a hotel reservation, please note they are not endorsed by ASPE. Despite their claims, they do not have access to our negotiated discounted rates. If you make a reservation with an outside company, ASPE cannot guarantee your reservation is valid.

What should I wear?
During the day, anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.
Besides sessions, what events are happening?
The Annual Conference will offer plenty of networking opportunities with fellow attendees and exhibitors/sponsors. Join us for the ASPE After Hours, where each evening will be packed with a new activity!
How do I get to the hotel?
The closest airport is Lambert-St. Louis International Airport (STL). Transportation to the hotel includes the Bus Service (MetroBus and Greyhound), Light Rail (MetroLink), Taxi and more. For more info on these services visit the airport transportation page by clicking here.
How do I confirm my hotel reservation?

When is the hotel cut-off date?
The cut-off date for hotel reservations is May 21, 2026.
What is the cancellation policy?
A $150.00 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds issued for cancellations received in writing at ASPE Headquarters by Thursday, May 21, 2026. Email cancellation requests to [email protected]. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. All registration deadlines are strictly adhered to and registrations received after the published deadlines will be charged the appropriate rate according to date postmarked or fax dated. Questions? Are there any travel recommendations?
It is important to have all travel documentation in order prior to traveling to the Conference. If you are an international visitor, check with your local government travel agency for information on travel to the United States, or visit the United States Traveler Entry Requirements page by clicking here.

When will I be assigned my booth?
Booth locations will be provided when you check in on site.
How are booth placements given?
Booth locations will be assigned at the sole discretion of show management. Placement will be made based on the date of the received contract, electrical needs, sponsorship level, and if possible, direct competitors.
When will I receive the preliminary registration list and the final registration list?
Preliminary registration lists are sent out approximately two weeks prior to the meeting and the final lists are sent approximately two weeks post-meeting.
ASPE FUND
ASPE Fund will support two $1000 scholarships to the 2026 St. Louis, MO, Conference and one award will prioritize international ASPE members.

This year, given the Conference location, applications from members who live and work outside of the United States will be prioritized for the international scholarship.

The scholarships are for travel related expenses, and both recipients will receive complimentary registration to the ASPE Conference.
NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
Our Conference Planning Committee has worked very hard to bring plenty of networking opportunities to you. This year's Conference will offer multiple opportunities strictly dedicated to networking time with fellow ASPE attendees and exhibitors/sponsors!
