In support of improving patient care, the Society for Simulation in Healthcare is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive a maximum of 26.0 Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) Credits for learning and change.
Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) Mission Statement
The Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) will deliver professional development opportunities for interprofessional healthcare teams working to improve the practice of healthcare through simulation-based education. This mission will be accomplished through the provision of interprofessional continuing education (IPCE) activities designed to improve both individual and team performance in simulation.

but it is still the 2024 ASPE Annual Conference Headquarters hotel.

The room rate is $369 + tax/per night CAD.
You must reserve your room before May 29, 2024, or before the block sells out.
The block is expected to sell out.
All reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We encourage you to book your hotel accommodations by contacting the hotel directly or using the above reservation link. If you are contacted by anyone in regards to a hotel reservation, please note they are not endorsed by ASPE Despite their claims, they do not have access to our negotiated discounted rates. If you make a reservation with an outside company, ASPE cannot guarantee your reservation is valid.
It is important to have all travel documentation in order prior to traveling to the conference. Attendees should plan to have documentation no later than one month prior to the conference.
US citizens will need a US Passport valid through the dates of the conference. Please note that passport applications have a current processing time of 8-11 weeks. If you need to apply/renew your passport please visit the US Passport Agency website by clicking here.

What should I wear?
During the day, anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.
Besides sessions, what events are happening?
The annual conference will offer plenty of networking opportunities with fellow attendees and exhibitors/sponsors. Join us for the ASPE After Hours, where each evening will be packed with a new activity!
How do I get to the Hotel?

How much is parking?
Self Parking is $41.66 (Taxes included + $9.66) per day. The parking garage is underground with a clearance of six feet. if bringing a vehicle with a higher clearance, please contact the hotel concierge at +1 604-683-1234.
How do I confirm my hotel reservation?

When is the hotel cutoff date?
The cutoff date for hotel reservations is Thursday, May 23, 2023.

When will I be assigned my booth?
Booth locations will be provided when you check in on-site.
How are booth placements given?
Booth locations will be assigned at the sole discretion of show management. Placement will be made based on the date of the received contract, electrical needs, sponsorship level, and if possible, direct competitors.
When will I receive the preliminary registration list and the final registration list?
Preliminary registration lists are sent out approximately two weeks prior to the meeting and approximately two weeks post-meeting.
Our Conference Planning Committee has worked very hard to bring plenty of networking opportunities to you. This year's conference will offer multiple opportunities strictly dedicated to networking time with fellow ASPE attendees and exhibitors/sponsors!
