They are the ones who tend to be quiet, who prefer working on their own on projects, who favor getting things done while avoiding boasting themselves. You may closely identify some of these character traits within yourself or in someone you know. In ‘Quiet’, Susan Cain argues how our society has dramatically undervalued introverts and shows how this idea permeates our culture, altering our view on leadership and creativity.
