You can click the above link titled "Click Here for the Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration Form" to access the online registration form. You will first need to log in to your ASPE account or create an account to fill out the form. If the sponsorship option you are interested in is not listed, it has already been reserved. You will need your company URL, description, and logo readily available to complete the form. For payment, you can pay via credit card using the online payment portal or you can select the "invoice me" option to mail in a check. An invoice will automatically be sent to the email used to register. How many attendees does ASPE anticipate?
We typically have 350-400 attendees for our in-person ASPE Conference. Are there any speaking opportunities for exhibitors? Yes! We ask that exhibitors participate in the welcome announcements on Sunday, June 4. The announcements begin at 3:30 p.m. and exhibitors will be called upon at approximately 4:00 p.m.
When will I receive the pre- and post-conference attendee list? What information is included in the attendee list?
Exhibitors and sponsors will receive the pre-meeting attendee list approximately one week before the Conference, and the final one within three business days of the last day of the Conference. Information shared will include name, designation, organization, and email address. In compliance with CAN-SPAM privacy laws, ASPE is required to give attendees the option to “opt-out” of the registrant listing. This final registration list will NOT include those attendees who opt out.

What is the cancellation policy? The total amount for exhibit space is due upon reserving of space and signing of the contract. In the event an Exhibitor cancels a contract, ASPE must be notified in writing before April 28, 2023. There will be a $250.00 administrative fee assessed for all cancellations. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 28, 2023. What are the requirements or mandates related to COVID-19 while attending the 2023 ASPE Annual Conference? ASPE is committed to following safety guidelines set forth by the City of Portland and the host hotel, and we’re continually monitoring their guidance. What is the exhibit hall schedule?
