FAQs
How do I register to become a sponsor or exhibitor?
You can click the above link titled "Click Here to become an Exhibitor or Sponsor" to access the online registration form. You will first need to log in to your ASPE account or create an account to fill out the form.
If the sponsorship option you were interested in is not listed, it has already been reserved.
You will need your company website, description, and logo readily available to complete the form. For payment, you can pay via credit card using the online payment portal, or you can select the "invoice me" option to mail in a check. An invoice will automatically be sent to the email used to register.
How many attendees does ASPE anticipate?
We typically have over 400 attendees for our in-person ASPE Conference.
When will I receive the pre- and post-symposium attendee list? What information is included in the attendee list?
Exhibitors and sponsors will receive the pre-meeting attendee list approximately one week before the symposium, and the final one within three business days of the last day of the symposium. Information shared will include name, designation, organization, and email address. In compliance with CAN-SPAM privacy laws, ASPE is required to give attendees the option to “opt-out” of the registrant listing. This final registration list will NOT include those attendees who opt-out.

What is the cancellation policy?
The total amount for exhibit space is due upon reserving of space and signing of the contract. In the event an Exhibitor cancels a contract, ASPE must be notified in writing for refunds to be made. There will be a $250.00 administration fee assessed for all cancellations. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after April 25, 2022.
What are the requirements or mandates related to COVID-19 while attending the 2022 ASPE Annual Conference?
ASPE is committed to following safety guidelines set forth by the City of New Orleans and by the Hilton New Orleans Riverside hotel, and we’re continually monitoring their guidance.
Effective March 18, the current vaccine and mask mandate in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, was lifted. ASPE will be following the local COVID-19 guidelines set forth by New Orleans and will continue to monitor state and local guidelines and will update attendees as safety initiatives change.
