In support of improving patient care, the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credits for learning and change.

What are the requirements or mandates related to COVID-19 while attending the 2022 ASPE Annual Conference?
ASPE is committed to following safety guidelines set forth by the City of New Orleans and by the Hilton New Orleans Riverside hotel, and we’re continually monitoring their guidance.

Effective March 18, the current vaccine and mask mandate in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, was lifted. ASPE will be following the local COVID-19 guidelines set forth by New Orleans and will continue to monitor state and local guidelines and will update attendees as safety initiatives change.

What should I wear?
During the day, anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.

Where is the 2022 ASPE Annual Conference located?
The 2022 ASPE Annual Conference will be held at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel.

How much is parking?
ASPE has secured a discounted parking rate of $25 per night. Valet is $49 per night.

Will there be Wi-Fi?
Complimentary basic wireless internet will be provided in both the guest rooms and meeting space.

Besides sessions, what events are happening?
The annual conference will offer plenty of networking opportunities with fellow attendees and exhibitors/sponsors. Join us for the ASPE After Hours, were each evening will be packed with a new activity!

How do I confirm my hotel reservation?
To confirm your reservation, please call the Reservations Department at 504-561-0500.
*Please note, ASPE Headquarters is unable to view your reservations.

When is the hotel cutoff date?
The cutoff date for hotel reservations is Monday, May 16, 2022.

When will I be assigned my booth?
Booth locations will be provided when you check-in on site.

How are booth placements given?
Booth locations will be assigned at the sole discretion of show management. Placement will be made based on the date of the received contract, electrical needs, sponsorship level, and if possible, direct competitors.

When will I receive the preliminary registration list and the final registration list?
Preliminary registration lists are sent out approximately two weeks prior to the meeting and approximately two weeks post meeting.
