Abstract Submission Process

 

Web Seminar Summary:

The goal of this webinar is to encourage proposal submissions to the 3rd Annual Association of Standardized Patients (ASPE) Conference titled "Professionalism in Practice" which we be held September 18-22, 2004 Fairmont Hotel – New Orleans, Louisiana. The deadline for submissions is March 12, 2004.

This webinar is in follow up to the presentation by Dr. Karen Szauter "Writing an Abstract" and it is recommended that webinar attendees review Dr. Szauter’s presentation prior to attending.

The presenters of this webinar will walk you through the types of submissions and submission forms, the guidelines the reviewers will follow to accept or decline submissions as well as clarify the timeline for submission and acceptance. Time will also be allotted to answer questions you may have about the submission process
