Topic:  Demystifying the Abstract Submission Process (for 2006 Annual Conference)

The goal of this web seminar is to encourage proposal submissions to the 5th Annual Association of Standardized Patients (ASPE) Conference "ASPE in Arizona”, hosted by the University of Arizona College of Medicine.  It will be held August 20-23, 2006, at the Westin La Paloma in Tucson, Arizona.  Deadline for submissions is February 24, 2006.

The presenters of this web seminar will walk you through the categories of submissions, submission forms, submission/acceptance timeline, new features and the guidelines for the proposal reviewers. There will be time at the end of the presentation to answer specific questions you may have about the submission process.

The goals of this web seminar are to:

  • Encourage submissions and attendance at the 2006 ASPE Conference
  • Explain categories of submissions and how to complete the forms
  • Clarify submission process and timeline
  • Explain reviewer expectation and guidelines
  • Provide tips for successful proposals
