SP Educator Jo Trainer has six SPs sessions next week and no SPs to fill them, has checklist revisions to make, needs to follow up on back ordered supplies, and still has not processed the invoices from the last two SP activities. And Jo has 20 minutes to accomplish all of these tasks because Jo’s program is a one-person show. Jo is the program’s secretary, coordinator, trainer, and bookkeeper all rolled into one. This webinar is designed for SP educators like Jo—individuals running an SP program on their own, juggling multiple responsibilities with minimal resources while at the same time struggling to maintain a balance between professional goals and personal commitments. Our discussion will spotlight strategies for devising a systematic approach to administering an SP program that will result in more efficient use of SP educators’ time and resources as well as more opportunities to strike that balance between their professional and personal lives. With careful planning and thoughtful organization, a one-person show can become a box office hit.
