In addition to this website, ASPE’s voice is heard via the ASPE Quarterly. Members of the Publications & Website Committee contribute features about new trends, new approaches, and international events, and regular columns keep members abreast of what is going on in the world of SP education.

For instance, “Committee News” gives committees a place to tell members about the projects they are working on while “Member News” announces members’ comings and goings, publications, and awards throughout the year. “Conference News” reminds members about upcoming conferences they might want to attend and “Media News” draws attention to the institutions that have been featured in print, television, radio, or internet media in the last quarter. In addition to columns written by SP educators, “SPeak Out” is a column written by SPs whose experiences in the field have produced interesting stories, musical lyrics, or even artwork. Finally, we created “SPloopers” to highlight the lighter side of our profession by capturing the humorous things that happen in simulation education.
