Membership Fee

Members have the option of joining under an Individual Membership or an Institutional Membership category.

For Individual Memberships, the cost is $125 per annum, discounted July 1 to $62.50 - expiring December 31, with the option of paying next year.

For Institutional Memberships, the cost is $125/person per annum. Institutions may have one (1) individual person registered for each membership slot they purchase. The Institutional Membership is transferable within the Institution. It is the responsibility of the Institution to notify ASPE of the individual persons registered during the initial registration, and to notify ASPE in writing of any changes to the individuals during the current membership year. This fee is discounted July 1 to $62.50/per person - expiring December 31. Please note that after September, you will be asked to pay for both the discounted membership and for the 2012 membership.

Individual - $62.50 July 1-December 31 with a renewal date of January 1 each year
OR- $187.50 after July 1 plus 2012 membership ($125)

Institutional - $62.50/person July 1-December 31 with a renewal date of January 1 each year
OR- $187.50 after July 1 plus 2012 membership/per person ($125)

Lifetime - $1000

Please note that membership renewals are sent to members November 1 (or business day following) annually.

SSH Membership Discount

As part of an affiliation agreement between ASPE and the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH), after joing ASPE you can receive a discount code to join SSH at a reduced rate.  ASPE members may contact ASPE Admin at aspe@aspeducators.org or (504) 988-6440 to request a discount code to use when joining or renewing their SSH membership.
