At this time, the ASPE meeting is proceeding as planned. The situation is being closely monitored by the ASPE Conference Committee via the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website (http://www.cdc.gov/swineflu/). We will update this website as needed regarding any change in the status of the ASPE Annual Conference.

Mention the ASPE conference to receive the discounted rate. Reservation Cut-Off Date is May 19, 2009. After this date, rooms and rates are subject to availability. Non-Member: $610

Full Registration Fee (May 2 - June 12, 2009)

Member: $560
Non Member: $660

One Day Registration Fee
$165

A One Day registration fee is available if you wish to attend only one day of the Conference. This fee is limited to a single day per registrant. Participants attending more than one day must pay the full conference registration fee. The One Day Registration fee does not include the reception or social.

If you wish to join ASPE and receive the Members registration discount, please go to www.aspeducators.org/join.htm and complete the membership form online before you register for the conference.

Members will receive an email when registration is open and the schedule is finalized.
