| Karen A. Garman, Ed.D., CPT is
president of HELP, Inc., Healthcare Educational, Leadership and
Performance, Inc. HELP, Inc. specializes in the design,
development, and delivery of professional development training for
healthcare employees and their organizations. In addition to her
function at HELP, Inc., Dr. Garman is an associate adjunct
professor at the University of California San Diego School of
Medicine’s National Center for Leadership in Academic Medicine
and clinical associate professor at the University of Southern
California Keck School of Medicine.
Dr. Garman has over twenty years of experience in training
design and leadership development for both public and private
healthcare organizations. She is a Certified Performance
Technologist (CPT) with expertise in identifying and eliminating
barriers to individual and organizational performance.
